How Does It Work?

Determine if it’s an indoor or outdoor event.
Specify the stage usage requirements based on your event’s programming.
Check availability for your event date(s), especially during the popular spring and summer months in the Midwest. Inventory is limited, so it’s first come, first served.
Upon availability confirmation, receive the rental agreement for signing.
Submit a non-refundable 50% deposit upon receiving the invoice post agreement signing.

Setup

Platform Stages: We meticulously set up and level each piece of staging until the build is complete.
Mobile Stages: Our team drives directly to the stage location, disconnects the stage trailer from the truck, levels the main body of the stage, and deploys the deck and roof as designed for a seamless setup.
