A jack of all trades, Pat Roche, has gone from cameraman, gear truck driver, and running special effects for clients to HRP’s head of lighting. Pat graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts. He started in the production industry on the recording studio side but quickly fell in love with live events, especially lighting design, programming, and camera operations. His caring nature, trustworthiness, and problem-solving skills make him an excellent addition to the HRP team. Pat’s favorite part of working at HRP is that he doesn’t feel like another cog in the machine, but he is genuinely valued and pushed to grow in his skill set.
Outside of designing epic lights, Pat enjoys ripping on his guitar, shredding the slopes on his snowboard, and cruising on his motorcycle.
